For the position of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) Research Associate (RA), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is accepting applications through January 20, 2023. The official DRDO Recruitment 2023 notification states that there are a total of 04 openings for the aforementioned positions. If the regulations are followed, the appointment of the chosen individuals may be extended for an additional two years. The candidate must hold a B.E./B. Tech degree in electronics and communication engineering and a ME/M.Tech degree in electronics and electrical engineering with a 1% division at the graduate and postgraduate levels.

According to the official DRDO Recruitment 2023 announcement, the aspirants will receive salaries ranging from Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 67,000 per month depending on the position. Junior Research Fellowship (JRF)- 03 positions available

Salary – DRDO Recruitment 2023

According to the official DRDO Recruitment 2023 announcement, the chosen applicants would receive a monthly remuneration commensurate with their positions.

Below are the amounts that will be paid as a stipend:

pertaining to a junior research fellowship (JRF):

A monthly payment of Rs. 37,000 will be paid to the applicants.

RA for Research Associate

The candidate would be paid Rs. 67000 per month in remuneration.

Age Limit – DRDO Recruitment 2023

The applicant’s age restriction should be 28 years old for JRF and 35 years old for RA as of the last date of application receipt, according to the official DRDO Recruitment 2023 notification. Candidates from the SC, ST, and OBC (NCL) categories will have their upper age limit relaxed in accordance with government regulations.

Pertaining to a junior research fellowship (JRF):

The candidate should hold a valid NET or GATE qualification and a B.E./B. Tech degree in electronics and communication engineering, electronics/electrical engineering, or electronics/electrical and telecommunication in the first division.

The candidate must hold a ME/M.Tech degree with a 1% division in Electronics and Communication, Electronics/Electrical, and Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at the graduate and postgraduate levels.

Desirable-

The applicant should be familiar with VERILOG/VHDL.

RA for Research Associate

The candidate must hold a PhD in physics or an M. Tech/ME in physics with two years of experience in research, teaching, design, and development. The degree must be in the first division, or an equivalent grade, wherever division or grading is given.

Desirable-

The candidates must be experts in lasers and quantum optics, and they must have practical experience working in experimental quantum optics and free space optics.
